Apparently Bram Stoker was born in 1847, and Frankenstein was first written in something like 1817 or thereabouts. So unless she babysat him, I don't think they ever met.

To guess how that happened: Byron did write an unfinished story that trip that inspire Polidori's The Vampyre (which was repeatedly mis-attributed as being Byron's), which Dracula borrows a lot from (the romantic idea of the vampire as a suave urbane kinda guy instead of a corpse-monster).
