So, why did Jason go crazy?

The funny thing is, despite the female characters barely getting any page time (except for the requisite posing with ass-shots), Nightwing puts Huntress in charge of all the gang wars and figuring out what's going on, and the extended network that Batgirl established. (Which is cool and all, but Oracle would probably be better suited to it.)

What I want to know is what the hell happened to Catwoman? Jason one-punched her right before he stabbed Tim in the chest with a batarang. And then we never see her again. And the cave she was in exploded. I mean, I sincerely doubt that Catwoman is officially dead, but Daniel just kind of forgot about her.

Story goes that BftC was going to be a 6-8 issue miniseries. Originally it was written by Judd Winnik. But he was told to cut it down until finally it was down to 3 issues and was given to Tony Daniel to finish writing and draw. What is left of judds BftC (ie part two) is going into batman which Winnik is writing. So...not so much tony forgot her but winnik did. She is going to appear in gotham sirens tho, which I think tony alluded to on his blog.

Even so, it was Daniel (and his editor) was responsible for the story we got, and Catwoman is a loose thread. Yes, she is definitely going to be in Sirens, but it's little things in a story like this that bother me if they don't make sense.

Yeah. I figure she must have woke up on her own and found the place she was in empty. I assume that other story where she says Robin is out of commission takes place after. It was still just really stupid to knock her out and then forget about her.
