Who: EVERYONE. (Ostensibly, Ryan McCormick, Violet Holladay, and the residents of LBJ District, but anyone in Austin could and should show up!)
Where: The LBJ Library parking lot

What: BURGERS. Get a bite to eat, mill around, enjoy the summer weather, meet new people!

After clearing their presence with the LBJ leadership the day before, Ryan and Violet set up in the parking lot east of the main building. Diners are encouraged to mill around and enjoy the s'mores gas-free weather; a couple of folding chairs are set out, though seating is limited. The menu is clearly written on the exterior of the truck. Violet's typically the one taking & handing out orders, working the window, etc. while Ryan cooks. Mains: Hamburgers Cheeseburgers (cheddar, swiss, or provolone) Chili Pepper Burgers "Green Eggs & Ham" (fried egg, bacon, basil mayo) Sweet Potato Black Bean Burger Sides: French Fries Onion Rings
