Wayne came home from training and changed after a quick shower. He grabbed a couple cookies from the kitchen and sat on the couch, spreading his books and parchment on the glass coffee table. He tickled a sleeping Neptune with his quill. The puppy sneezed and blinked dully at Wayne. Wayne scratched Neptune behind his ear who yawned and laid his head down to sleep again. He put the last cookie in his mouth.

Unlike that story, I'm afraid this one's one hundred percent true - looks like lead guitarist Kirley Duke will be leaving the band to strike off on his own. Seems he and frontman Myron Wagtail have had a bit of a falling out and it's doubtful fences can be mended. Will Duke be successful on his own? What will this mean for the Sisters? "Hopkins? Hopkins!"

Wayne startled when someone jabbed his arm. He looked to the source who pointed to the front of the room where the Healer teaching the class had an amused expression.

"Welcome back, Mr. Hopkins," he smiled, then repeated the question. Wayne responded with the correct answer garnering a nod and a reprimand from the instructor to pay attention.

However, he couldn't. Wayne's mind was still buzzing from the previous night. When he looked down at his journal again, he saw Jack had replied.

I'm not straight Wayne accidentally snapped his quill, spilling ink on the page. In vain, he tried to think perhaps it just meant he was bisexual, but then he wouldn't have broken up with Vicky. A new set of trepidations crept into his mind.

"Fuck!" he cursed in a harsh whisper. A classmate turned to stare at him wide eyed. Wayne apologized in a softer whisper. He sank into his chair and stared at his journal not knowing what to write.
