As the morning dawn illuminates the grounds of Hogwarts, a large mass is revealed to be sitting in front of the large hut of the Groundskeeper. The half frozen, rotting Giant head of Grawp stares eyeless at the doorway, a grisly grin of teeth exposed under the mangled nose flesh. Across the forehead is a message carved via claws into the exposed plate of skull.
