"Ladies and gentlemen, it is with great sorrow that I announce the death of one of our students; Miss Alexandra Finch. It would appear that the grief of losing her magic ultimately led to her choosing to end her own life. This is a terrible tragedy, and a loss for all of us. No one should ever feel as thought there is no other option. I understand that the prospect of losing your magic forever is especially daunting, but witches and wizards are working incessantly, every day, to ensure this is not the case. I implore you to keep faith. Due to this bereavement, classes will be cancelled until Friday. We will hold a funeral for lMiss Finch, and all that wish to attend on Wednesday morning. One final thing. If you find yourself considering such an action, I implore you to please visit our counsellor Mr. Mulciber. He is here to help and is more than happy to help you through any problems you may have. Thank you."
