Due to the quarantine, all owls in and out of Hogwarts School have been stopped. Fortunately, the Ministry understand the importance of receiving your mail in a time like this and so, once a week, they will be sending the packages and parcels through a one-way secured Floo channel into the school.

Last night the first batch of mail arrived. It has been carefully sorted out by Hagrid and his assistant Charlie so you should not have too much trouble locating your post!
