*is a little unsure of what to make of Káni's mood when she returns from Celegorm's but, then again, this is par for the course*
*after a day spent in the library, arrives back to their suite in Tyler with a huge pizza (vegetarian in nature) and a fairly decent bottle of wine and the intent to watch some of their backlog of TiVo-ed shows*
*knocks on Káni's door with an open palm on his way through to the living room* |

*returns to his dorm room after an early morning shift at the greenhouse*
*has a few hours before class, but doesn't feel like hauling himself all the way over to the fine arts building right now* *figures he can transfer lab data from his notes to the spreadsheets while he waits, so settles at his desk and boots up the laptop*
*opens his mail program to start with and ditches the junk mail, scanning through a few notes from friends and one from his father (smile)*
*chews his lip a moment, pondering* *hits the Compose button* Hi, Káni. What are you up to today? *has no idea if she'll even get the message before he has to go, but sends it anyway* |

*spends much of his day at the site of the Golden Flower, meeting with architects and talking down Aerandir and apologising to his manager (who's clearly only pretending to be pissed off 'cause his albums are flying off the shelves) and ignoring the words "recording" and "Erumas record" and catching up with G.I.P. paperwork*
*picks up a couple of takeaway menus on his way home, wondering if Ecthelion would see the funny side of Chinese (complete with chopsticks) for dinner (and knows he would)*
*has just parked his car at the front of the Fountain when his phone begins to ring* *digs it out of his pocket as he gets out of the car, without checking the caller ID*

*has a lazy morning, thanks to a well-planned gap in his weekly schedule, and sleeps till midday*
*wanders out into the communal living area wearing shorts and a hooded sweatshirt (not Chad's sweater) and is soon flicking through the cartoons, while making rapid progress through his second bowl of cereal* |

*rolls down the aisles on the back of his shopping trolley, chucking all the basic necessities in as he passes: chips, soda, popcorn, beer, men's "lifestyle" magazines* |
