	Champ is like PUPPY! Puppy who smells familiar but he doesn't know. Champ might have turned around to go bark (a little) back and his tail was wagging hello. Maddock gives Lennox a wave because of reasons. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Lennox lets Toby approach to a safe distance, not wanting to let either dog get too close before things were comfortable. There are a few curious sniffs as they gradually warm up to each other, and Lennox kneels, letting Champ sniff his outstretched palm. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Maddock had Champ on the leash, and watched carefully but was ready if Champ got too close to the little dog. Lots of sniffing and wagging tails though! And Champ likes having friends. And at the outstretched palm, Champ leaned forward to sniff at the new person, and licked Lennox's palm. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Lennox carefully watches the two dogs. They seem OK for now, so he relaxes a bit. Thank goodness. He grins as Champ licks him. "Hello there, lad. I'm Lennox," he says, scritching his ears again. 	Lennox is a dog person, and he recognises that look. He has treats in his pocket for Toby, but he's not about to give them out without Maddock's say so. "Is he allowed food?" Lennox asks, turning his face up to look at Maddock. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Lennox pulled a treat from his pocket and held it up for the dog, grinning as he sat neatly, wagging his tail enthusiastically. "Good lad!"

He was perfectly fine missing a moment or two of what was happening, breaks being fine every now and again. This, for him, was just a quick break in his Uplift related duties, and he was quite pleased with himself that those were going well.
