[ There are people in the library, making noise and being sick everywhere and it's distracting. Seems like Komui and Miranda are falling victim to the sleeping plague, but that shouldn't stop him from being able to do some reading on his off time. It's not as if it were Allen or Lenalee getting sick.

So, he's taken his book -- after safely stashing the others -- to the Defense Team HQ. Hoping everyone else has decided to vacate it in order to deal with the crisis.

[The words echo loudly down the sterile corridor of the hospital. A bright green light flashes brilliantly as the Innocence activates, the glowing wheels of Time beginning to spin on the black disk. Miranda feels the drain, as if the gravity around her suddenly increased, weighing her down. She grits her teeth, steadying herself.]

[The glow shrinks, concentrating itself, then turning into a large dome surrounding the entire corridor that Miranda is in. Little clocks swirl and move around each other in the translucent walls of the barrier.
