[ Chuck remembers when this happened last. It was before Ton, before puppies, before everything when she was still new and alone and afraid. A life time ago and unlike back then, she feels ill at ease this time around, still off her game from whatever the hell she was going through the other day. A little anxiety is not enough to stop lonely tourist Charlotte Charles, though.

The facts are these. Having left Gadget in the bright safety of the clinic, Chuck tied her hair back and found the sturdiest broom she could get her hands on. She won't go far, but she won't stay inside where it's safe — instead she'll patrol the vicinity of the clinic with a flashlight shining like a tiny lighthouse, looking for anyone who needs help. She ain't scared of no ghosts. Or raptors. Or anything. ]

[Karev's inside the clinic working to get supplies ready for what will hopefully not be a huge influx of patients (but there's still a bit of hope for a few sutures) but in emergencies you always prepare for the worst. And dinosaurs running amok are definitely up there in the worst category. But what's also not exactly great is that Chuck's taken it upon herself to do stupid shit while he feels obliged to stop her.

I was fine last time, I'll be fine now! [ Yeah, she did this exact same thing when the raptors came to visit last and aside from a cut on her head, she was fine. Actually, that cut lead to her talking to Ton for the first time. Aww, warm fuzzies out here in raptor land! ]
