So next time any muggles want to apparate somewhere, ASK FIRST. Do NOT just grab hold of the nearest passing wizard when it looks like they're about to disapparate, because Merlin's balls, do you know how dangerous that is? Or how bloody rude it is?

I would have posted this earlier but if I'd done that, it would have been a load of incoherent swearing and shouting.

It's great once you get used to it, actually. But that's not why I'm ranting.

I mastered the spell for it some time ago, and it still makes me nauseous. But yes, I know exactly how dangerous it is, even intentionally carrying passengers.

Yes. That fire-juggling bloke with the little ferret or marten. Dustfinger.

Apparently so.

[Jamie]

What in Mer is going on with that bloke below? Have you any idea?

Well he should think twice before he does it again otherwise he might find himself missing a leg.

[Gramps]
No idea. He seems a little mental to me.

Right, I'm no stranger to vulgarity, but I cannot let you use my friends name in that way.

You know Merlin.

Yes, I know Merlin, and you would do well to not abuse his name so. He has enough of that from Arthur

I wasn't! It's just a saying!

So what's he like? Is he like all the books say? Is he the most powerful wizard there's ever been?

Of course I said yes, I'm not an idiot!

I couldn't think of any other way to get where I needed to go. I was concerned you might refuse and the opportunity presented itself so I took it.

My apologies.

No. NO. You don't just do that and then apologise and think that it's all okay and fine and sorted. You could have killed us both if I hadn't caught on at the last minute. Do you have ANY idea what could have happened? We could have ended up bloody well splinched, just because you didn't bother to ask if I'd apparate you somewhere. Which I would have, if you'd asked. And anyway, you didn't even know where I was going!

SPLINCHED! Bloody idiot, was getting to the shops worth the very real possibility of leaving one of your limbs behind?

I had an idea where you were going, and you've always made the travelling look effortless. All of you have who use that method.

"Splinched" means nothing to me. Actually, had I known the full risks I might have reconsidered. However, I didn't and, even so, the need was great - yes, it was worth the risk to me. I do apologise for any risk to you, though. That was definitely not intended.

I didn't know you'd have agreed. I'll ask next time, if that's alright. I really am sorry to have made you so angry, but there was actually no harm done in the event, was there?
