Note: this is part of the conclusion to the de-aged Snape plot begun a couple of weeks ago. He is in his twenties and has regained most of his memories.
"He's much calmer," Andromeda remarked to her sister.
"Indeed." Narcissa, immaculate in Lagerfeld couture, watched the two men talking in low voices on the sofa. Her sister had owled her after Severus' sudden appearance earlier that day, and she had come as soon as she could tear herself away from yet another of Lucius' appalling Christmas parties for his political cronies. "It's Audrey Prince's doing, you know. She's a great improvement over that drunken lout poor Eileen married."
"He wasn't with her long."
"It was clearly enough to make a difference," said Narcissa.
Andromeda nodded slightly. "I certainly hope so."
