Dark was falling when the two men, one almost his true age, the other looking ten years younger, walked into Andromeda's kitchen. She gestured to the table set for four.
Remus touched his son's head. "Andromeda, I'm so sorry - "
"I always knew, even if Dora didn't. Please sit." Their hands brushed almost casually against each other as they obeyed. "You'll have to contact Audrey Prince, you know. The Ministry will need to reclassify you as an adult."
Severus ducked his head. "She won't be happy."
Andromeda flicked her wand at the roast, which began slicing itself. "She'll adjust."
