The Professors had locked off the Great Hall right after lunch, the only people allowed in were the social committee. The girls spent the better part of the day missing classes and setting up for the ball.

Some tables were set up around the walls.

It didn't take long for everything to be in order. The girls spent the last few moments putting the touches on the food and drinks.

About an hour before the ball was to start the girls were finally done. It was a beautiful sight with ghosts everywhere, there was a stage where the two most popular bands were going to be playing. It was by far one of the more elegant balls in the past few years.

When the doors opened to allow the students in a low growl was heard before the first band took the stag in an uproar.

Once the place was crowded an announcement was made.... "Morning classes will be canceled tomorrow!"

Jamison hated the nickname "Jamie" And hated it more when his sister called him that.

"What the fuck are you wearing!" He snapped before wrapping the blanket around her. "You aren't walking around like that." He said giving her a disgusted look. "You look like a bloody tramp." He said with a worried, annoyed look. He'd tie the damn blanket to her if he had to. She wasn't walking around like that, nope not a chance in hell.

Carmen couldn't help laugh at him as he wrapped the blanket around her. "Such language. You know mother wouldn't be happy." She grinned, then it faded. "Jamison Peaks. You have no fun in your body." She pouted, and stared at him. "One night. Just one night, and you know I'm not going to be the ONLY one walking around like this." She paused, and glared, "No one is going to think the worst of me. I'll be fine." Carmen knew that Jamison was only looking out for her but she had to let him see that she was going to be ok.
