THE BALL
Who: Everyone
What: The Ball
Where: The Great Hall, outside the Great Hall and so on.
When: Halloween 2022
Rating: Nothing above R here, if you want something above that please make your own thread for it!
Status: On going.

The Professors had locked off the Great Hall right after lunch, the only people allowed in were the social committee. The girls spent the better part of the day missing classes and setting up for the ball.

Some tables were set up around the walls.

It didn't take long for everything to be in order. The girls spent the last few moments putting the touches on the food and drinks.

About an hour before the ball was to start the girls were finally done. It was a beautiful sight with ghosts everywhere, there was a stage where the two most popular bands were going to be playing. It was by far one of the more elegant balls in the past few years.

When the doors opened to allow the students in a low growl was heard before the first band took the stag in an uproar.

Once the place was crowded an announcement was made.... "Morning classes will be canceled tomorrow!"

She took the cup from him and took a drink. Alyssa was actually thirsty, from all the running around she'd been doing. "Well I try. I had a lot of help from the girls too. My sister especially is really organized," she said grinning with false modesty.

"Sisters are always good," Fred said absent-mindedly as he scanned the crowd for his own. He'd never been able to find out if they had dates, and he only knew Addy's costume. "Should we dance?"

Alyssa could have argued with that statement, but it would have seemed odd after she'd already been complementing her sister. Saxen was probably complaining that Alyssa did nothing elsewhere, though that was so not true.

Fred brought her attention back when he asked if she wanted to dance. She grinned brightly and squeezed his arm affectionately. "I would love too!"

He held out his hand to her, leading her onto the dance floor and instantly initiating a twirl before pulling her closer. "Is it hard to move in that costume?" he asked.

Alyssa couldn't help but giggle as Fred spun her, only to pull her back in, and closer. She moved her other arm across Fred's shoulders, and smiled looking up at him as they danced. "It's not so bad actually. It's more like a dress, than anything. Plent of leg room," she said with a wink.
