Anyone else feel like they are being watched?

Seeing strange faces hanging around isn't exactly unusual for me but...yeah, this was a little different.
Because it wasn't just people.
And it was only outside my windows.
Did I mention I live on the 2nd floor?

Needless to say, last night was weird. I may or may not have built a windowless fort in my living room in an attempt to hide.
