Winter College of the Arts in New York City has been rated as one the top five schools for Art. With twelve different degree plans there is something for everyone. The 2013-2014 school year is about to begin and with a new class of freshmen coming in can they find their place among the already knowledgeable upper grades? New friends will be made.
