 PREMISE Welcome to your new home. Set in crime-ridden Dark City Treno, dominated by alcohol, drugs and weapons, this place is constantly immersed in a perpetual state of darkness. Heavy black clouds loom overhead, sometimes bringing rain but never breaking to let in the sun. The city has evolved to match its environment; business is shady, outlooks are bleak, and it is unclear whether there is still light behind the clouds at all. Even the brightest linings offer little hope. In the corner flower shop, full of carnations and spools of cheap ribbon, black market narcotics and hallucinogens change hands. The local pub, complete with Guinness on tap, reserves the back three tables for weapons dealers to do business. Criminals of all types seem drawn to the city, attracted to the dark environment the city offers. You might be familiar with Lewis Carroll's masterpiece Alice's Adventures In Wonderland. It was told to be a fantasy world of impossible things. It all started with that eerie white rabbit Alice followed all the way down into a hole that lead her into Wonderland. Now Alice has returned, but her precious mad world has gone even madder. Clock Spiders is a quality storyline that will focus on the dark version of Alice In Wonderland. It will be something similar to Mcgee's version, but also adding different elements from other versions into the mix. We currently are looking for creative players who are interested in plot-driven storylines and quality writing. Be sure to check out the premise, rules, faqs, and premades before applying. Most angels are self righteous, manipulative pricks. Where does that leave us? Welcome to the world of Hunters, celestial beings, fiends, unclean spirits and a black ’67 Chevy Impala. There’s a little Apocalypse going on, and ya’ll are invited. God is missing from heaven and the kids decided to throw a hell of a party while he’s away. So where is He, and why isn’t he interceding? <s>Or is he?</s>
<i>Twixt Heaven and Hell”</i> is a Supernatural RP based on the 5th season of the series, up to episode "Changing Channels", 5.8 with a limited number of players allowed. The show characters are expected to be portrayed as Cannon. No Slash or any other non-cannon style pairings allowed among the show’s scripted players. Original characters are allowed and their sexuality is totally up to the players. This will be an adult game. It allows sexual situations, swearing, descriptive violence and anything as long as the participants or victims are of legal age. Child sex is off limits, although mentions of past abuse, without detail, is allowed. This game will NOT focus on sex, but on plot.</div></font></td>

On October 31, 1981, an event happened that changed wizarding history – Tom Riddle, also known as Lord Voldemort, went to Godric's Hollow, and defeated Lily and James Potter. It was the turning point in the war, and six months later, the Death Eaters gained control of the Ministry of Magic and the Order was crushed. Muggleborns had severe restrictions put on them, including restricting jobs, education and who they could marry. Restrictions were also placed on muggle items, travel and communication with the muggle world. Purebloods flourished in the new political climate, and under the direction of Narcissa Malfoy, great social changes began to take shape. Called the "Great Wizarding Renaissance," there was a call to return to pureblood values and manners in order to further separate themselves from the immoral and inferior muggle world. Traditional courtship was brought back, and matches were made not of love, but to strengthen bloodlines. The year is 2001, and a new announcement by the Ministry of Magic will once again strengthen the divide, all but cutting off the magical world. Will it be enough to pull the Order of the Phoenix from its slumber, or will this be the stroke that severs the two worlds for good? |
