[Wands] is a post-Deathly Hallows game set in 2003. It takes place at St. Mungo's and in the homes and social lives of those who work with the hospital. [Wands] is epilogue compliant.

[Wands] is tonally based on the popular series [Scrubs]. It has a balance of drama with wacky, off-beat comedy. Characters may be tripping on a potion-gone-wrong in one story line, while dealing with the death of a friend in another. Characters are well rounded human beings with a quirk or two that make them interesting, fun people. [Wands] is not a crossover.

And Harry realized, with a shock so huge it seemed to root him to the spot, that Malfoy was crying - actually crying - tears streaming down his pale face into the grimy basin. Wished RP is an AU game that diverges from canon midway through Half-Blood Prince and aims to honor canon while allowing players to craft their own end to the story we all spent years following. Wished is a thread and scene based, Trio-Era game that begins with the Trio's seventh year. Voldemort is still lurking, if weakened, and a final showdown still threatens - but how we get there, and what happens afterward, will look very different.

Wished is only recently opened, and is an active and friendly community with chances for plot and character development for all characters.

It is now 2009, thousands of years since the Greek deities were chased away from the earth. Mankind has grown and prospered without them, but a group of people, those who still believed, set out to do the unthinkable. They began a ceremony that would ultimately re-empower those who hung lifelessly amongst the cosmos. Priests, priestesses and followers of every kind took part in this forbidden ritual. And when they were finished, the sky began to shake. Cities and towns throughout the world witnessed the sudden change in weather patterns and they watched helplessly as thunder shook the grounds for days on end.

Months later, the gods began to descend, all re-entering the world alone and at different times. The storms have stopped, but the world as we know it is bound to face those who it discarded years ago.

The forgotten ones have returned.

When America was threatened by alien invaders it was the heroes known as Aquaman, Black Canary, Green Lantern, The Flash and Martian Manhunter who banded together and fought them back. They handled the initial battle on their own, and decided that since they worked well together that they would form an updated version of the Justice Society Of America.

They called themselves ... the Justice League of America.

That was a little over a year ago. Now that the JLA has made a name for its self (and is showing that is is a successor to the JSA) membership in the league has been expanded and new heroes have been invited to join. Of course it seems that for every person who decides to don cape, cowl or tights, there are two more who mask themselves and set out to engage in criminal activities.

In the year 2010 the world was plagued by the full effect of Global Warming. No country was spared and no one could imagine the speed in which it came. Within months entire cities were underwater, drier than deserts, or completely leveled. Thousands died and there was no end in sight. Many lost hope until 2020 when the Eden Project was founded.

The Eden Project was a last ditch effort by the human race. Surviving scientists came up with a chemical, a gas called 'Eden' that would hopefully cool the atmosphere enough to put a stop to the catastrophes happening around the world. Slowly but surely the temperature began to drop and the storms slowed. In the time between the beginning of the storms to the launch of the Eden Project, the world population had dropped from nearly seven billion to a little below five.

It was another six years before the effect of the 'Eden' chemical was known.

It began in 2028. There were suddenly less children being born and by the end of 2029, pregnancies stopped all together. The men and women of the world were now completely sterile. It was soon discovered that the Eden chemical was the cause of the sterilization, that the one thing that had saved the world had also doomed it to an inevitable ending, the population destined to dwindle down to nothing... In 2048 a solution was found


Game will begin August 24th.

PROLOGUE

You wake up one morning with a headache, you wonder if you're hung-over but you didn't drink anything last night so that can't be it and after taking a painkiller and heading to work you forget all about it. A few days later you think you back to your childhood and there's a memory that doesn't fit, it doesn't make sense and you try not to think about it because it sets you on edge and makes you feel uncomfortable.

It doesn't stop.

Maybe weeks go by, or maybe it's months, and someone turns up on your doorstep. Maybe they look official, or maybe they're wearing jeans and a T-Shirt, but they introduce themselves and tell you that they're from something called 'The Agency', they sit you down and if you're lucky they'll make you a cup of tea or pour you a drink before explaining it all to you.

The memories are real, but they're someone else's, someone you always thought of as fictional. You're what they call a reincarnate, someone who's been reincarnated from this fictional person, brought into this world with magic that no one yet understands.

They talk about a war that's being fought between two sides of reincarnates, the good and the bad. You're not told what side to pick or that you need to, but you know that a day will come when you and the person you used to be and are possibly becoming will need to choose.

[info]schoolday is an RPG focusing on the lives of faculty members at Ginger Ridge Grammar School, located in suburban New Jersey. The school is public and serves students in Kindergarten through Eighth Grade. It employs 52 faculty members, including 4 teachers for each grade level, and teachers for special subjects such as Art, Music, Spanish, French, Health, and Special Education. In addition, each faculty member supervises at least one after school or extracurricular activity, and is required to attend parent-teacher conferences, faculty inservice classes, and occasional after-school events.

During the 2006-2007 school year, there was a devastating fire at GRGS that resulted in the need for a new building. Since early 2007, students have been attending schools in other area buildings while reconstruction of the school building was delayed repeatedly by politics, construction difficulties, and other problems. Construction was finally completed in Summer 2009, and the school will open its doors to students for the first time since the fire in September 2009.

We are now open! The school year officially starts on Monday, September 2nd, and there will be adds on every even numbered day until then!

A Post-DH Hogwarts Based Game

On September 1st Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry has reopened, only this time with an extra bundle of students. The old class of '98 have been invited back to resit their year with the current NEWTS class. Room is made for them in their former houses and tensions are lifted from Hogwarts for the first time in a long time.

Meanwhile, in Europe, Wizarding communities are being crippled by a virus that slowly destroys the ability to perform magic. Emergency procedures are put in place to try and stop it reaching Great Britain but it becomes clear that it has not been successful.

A teacher and student are confirmed to have the virus and the Ministry immediately quarantines Hogwarts, placing a ward around the castle and its grounds to stop the virus spreading further.

One by one students find themselves losing their ability to perform ever the simplest of spells. But even as they struggle to try and discover a cure, darker forces are beginning to close in on the school...
