tiny modpost!

Okay guys! After much modly deliberation, I have once again slightly tweaked the character limit rule.

Everyone can still have up to six characters! That's not changing. HOWEVER. With Modly Approval (which only comes when you prove you can handle it), you may have a seventh character. You must be Active (capital A and all) with the six characters you already have. You must ask the mods for approval BEFORE you try to hold your seventh character. AND (this is important), Find the Horcruxes must be your only game. PSLs don't count as games for this rule, but if you're in another game or two? Sorry, but you have to stick to just six characters here.

Any questions? Ask 'em here!

IMPORTANT THING

YO.

Right, so! I forgot to say this, but since Greyback's NPC for the sake of my nefarious purposes, I've gone ahead and made a log of important-ish historical werewolf business. Stuff that would be known or could be looked up, essentially.

WHY? It's going to get a lot more fun for werewolves, and that doc is part of the springboard for what's to come. That is all! :D

let's get ready to ruuuuuuuuumble!

Alright, guys! Now that luck rolls are done, I've finally gotten PAIRINGS done, as well! Yay!

I tried to keep y'all's requests in mind, but I also tried to keep in mind who got positives or negatives on the luck rolls. I also took the luck rolls into consideration for PLACEMENTS. Yes, below the cut you will find a new version of the ballroom layout, this time with nice little colored circles that are labeled. There are a whopping TWENTY-SEVEN BATTLES going on in this ballroom on Halloween, so three battles were assigned to each of the nine circles. Your battle should more or less take place in the area of the circle. Yes, this means that you'll have to coordinate with the other people in your circle. You don't have to fight together (those would be some epically huge and confusing logs), but you should probably outline the fifteen minutes that your characters will be fighting in the same space: is somebody going to be thrown into the buffet table? Probably all three fights in space D shouldn't end up with somebody thrown into the buffet table (or at least not all at once!). Likewise with space G and the stage.

Also below the cut is the chart of who's fighting whom, what their battle system total was (you know, after all the offense / defense / etc), and what their luck roll was, in addition to their assigned fighting area.

Have fun, and get to plotting and logging and fighting! All fighting should stop after about fifteen minutes, when Voldemort enters the ballroom.

When you're done with your battle logging, C&P it into the appropriate space in the gdoc! I'll be updating it in the morning with the pairings in there, so all you have to do is C&P the battle under your pairing's names!

One final note: yes, there are a lot of NPCs. As you can see, we need Death Eaters BADLY. The "Possible NPCs" are Death Eaters that are held ... if you're paired up with one of them, contact them and find out if they'd be interested in logging their battle. If you see a Death Eater on the list that you'd like to app soon-ish, contact the people who are fighting that NPC and ask if you can play the NPC for them.
