Rating: PG for smoking? Considering what it is, it is very very tame (and short). No warnings, no graphic detail about being nommed or blood and guts or anything! :D

WHAT: Hope shows up in his department, Cyril is bored and decides to introduce himself, and Hope shows him just how creepy she can be.

( Eventually, she decided to shake his hand for several reasons. The primary being that having just shaken MacFarlan's hand, she was already set for the toilets to wash her hands. Other explanations ranged from his waist coat having /six/ buttons (priority: URGENT; divisible by 3), [...] )
