The grills are set up and cooking up all sorts of goodies, like burgers, brats, and chicken, and residents have started setting out their own contributions.

Jean hangs up the phone with his food provider for the store, smiling. There's a bunch of stuff going on sale right now and its enough that he's got an idea for what to do with it. He slides his papers into a folder, before heading out. He goes down the hall to the landlord's apartment and knocks, hoping he's home. |

At some point during the last few days, a fair amount of snow has built up on the grounds. While there's certain to already be a snowman or two that's been built by the kids, who says the adults (or supposed adults can't want to have a little fun with it, too? It's not like there isn't enough snow on the ground for a possible snowball fight of epic proportions.
Anyway, this is why Ed's lurking about in hiding with a supply of ammunition. Ammunition that just might get aimed at you from his hiding spot behind a random bush.
