dunhaven; ooc community

Hey, fantastic people! I am bringing 2 new characters into the mix. They are as follows:

- Lavender Craig (Lily Potter - typewritten) who is a Dunhaven townie, graduated from Athena Academy and then ran away to the University of Iowa to get her MFA. She was attempting to make it as a published poet and to land a job teaching somewhere. This was all going great until her sister moved away and she found out that her parents have an illness which requires her to care for them. Separate illnesses. More about her here. Would love for friends, frenemies, reasons to get in the middle of all the wizard shenanigans.

- Francis Green (Faramir - ithilienranger) is originally from Baltimore. He comes from a pretty well to do family but he's the black sheep. He's at University of Dunhaven in the first year of his graduate degree in Philosophy. He might be your TA this year, you might see him hiking in the woods or staring at really big books at the nearest coffee shop. More about him here. Would love friends for Francis. He is too fragile for frenemies ... but we could definitely try.

Am also open to family or other fun for either of them. Just in case anyone has ever really wanted to play Petunia Dursley or Boromir. ;)

Hi, friends! Have a new character. :}

This is Mateo Rojas, Diego's elder brother. This is also Poe Dameron. Read about him here.

Mateo grew up in Chicago and pushed himself hardcore. He grant and scholarshipped his way through U of Chicago and Harvard Law. He worked in Chicago as a PD for several years before he felt himself starting to break down (aka he was dreaming of salt planets and rebel alliances and mutinies and stars). His mama told him he needed some peace and quiet and wouldn't it be great to go to a sleepy little down like Dunhaven because there was also family there to feed him and look after him.

He's going to start a little law practice in town. Be his friend?

HEY Y'ALL. My name is Chel and (zoinks) I am so happy to be here! I would had intro'd yesterday but to be honest with you, I was 1000% dead to the world after 2 walking tours in 105 degree heat. I slept 16 hours. I confess this to you so that you can totally make fun of me for it. Anyway. Rock on!

I have two characters right now and two characters in the hopper. So let me tell you about how I'm going to delight you (LOL :P) first. So, check it out:

VIOLET (thescarecrow) is Daisy Johnson from Agents of Shield. Here's more about her in-game history. Places you may see her? At the local farmer's market where she's selling flowers. You may remember her from the foster system. If you're a cop, you might have busted her for thievin' or loiterin' or truancy in her younger days. She lives out of her F250 and she's got wicked smaht computer skills.

MARGARET (sophist) is Peggy Carter from MCU-landia. Read more about her in game history. She is your neighborhood Dunhaven High School prickly cactus librarian who left home in a huff and in a scandal. Don't ask her to talk about it. But she's always happy to drink you under the table at the bar.

In the hopper is Robbie Turner from Atonement and Doc Holliday.

If you wanna follow my shenanigans ~ or lack thereof ~ my journal is septimussmith and I am always available via email. Let's have fun writing together. I love how we are doing this in a panfan setting. Prior, I'd only really seen a concept similar in a LOTR setting. Plus social media? Um, Violet's about to get all um in Insta. SO ROCK ON!!
