Good morning.

Our next town hall meeting will be on Saturday, March 26th, 3pm at [location].

Attendance is not mandatory in any way, but everyone is very welcome. We will not be doing any lengthy introductions this time, but if anyone has not attended before and would like to introduce themselves to the community, you are encouraged to do so.

If anyone would like a copy of last month's minutes, you can let myself or ~~Miss~~ ~~Citizen Becket~~ Liberty know and we can arrange that.

I have noted already that we will be hearing from Applejack regarding agricultural needs, and Dr Cuddy will be speaking on behalf of the medical staff. If anyone else has any points for discussion they would like raised, you can let myself or Katherine know in advance and it will be added to the order of business to ensure we cover it. There will be time set aside for open discussion, so don't worry if you don't get your point 'in' on time.

Maryanne, are you able to provide snacks again?

Maria, are you able to set up the holographic interpreter again?

From an outside perspective, I don't think she was initially. She was asking for clarification. We can't seek to understand what we aren't even aware of.

A perception filter, then. People still need to be made aware that there is a perception filter in place, intended or not. I can put up a notice without naming names, or leave it to you to address. Whatever you think best.

Okay, I will concede that point. But if Miss Pitchforks and Torches mentions my kid, it will be her final word. I don't care what will happen to me afterward.

A notice without names would be fine with me. But he only filters people around his age, everyone over eight, probably doesn't hear the changes. Because he thinks his big brothers are old, and his brothers are nine years old.

I wouldn't write repeatedly on a public forum that my seven year old son was a mutant and then think it'll mean a darn thing if some other woman mentioned it at a meeting.

The 'outing' is done. You've already done it. Because you can be sure that if we were in a place that hated mutants they wouldn't wait for you to explain all the specific details of his powers before they went after him.

Lucky for you this station isn't that place. But you can stop all the fake outrage.
