I've never had a job before so maybe i will hate it or maybe I wont but i want to try at least.

I think it's a good idea to try.

And you will be an adult, but right now you're still a kid, and we aren't rushing you to be an adult. You get to make those choices, Mols.

I remember when Chase got a job and he kind of hated it but we needed the money and I was waaaaay too young then. but it felt kind of crummy to not be able to help out.

and i know we don't need the money here because of all kinds of stuff but it STILL feels weird.

You help out in plenty of other ways around the house.

Plus, you know neither of us will be taking your money or charging you rent.

Anything you earn is yours.
