I know I die today in my world, but I haven't lived it. It is quite the strange feeling. It makes me extra grateful for the time I have here with my family, but it scares me too. I don't want to leave Peter again. I can't leave him again. I failed him once.

I am blessed and honored that I get this world here. Not only do I have you but I have the family I've built with you. I swore on our wedding day to spend the rest of my life working to make you happy and I mean that entirely, including working to find a way to keep us here. And, while we're here, I will do all I can to keep this you safe as well.

I love you, May. I love you more than I even know how to say but I will never stop trying to make sure you know how much. You are everything to me and I don't know what I've done to deserve you but I am grateful every single day that you're mine.
