Who: Violet OT Abigail Redel
When: Evening, June 3rd [Vacation Day]
Where: Starts in Blue Block, turns into the Pirate Cruise
What: Violet and Abigail get caught up in Mia's little happy spree and end up sent to the land of the Jolly Roger. Won't this be fun?
Violet found herself standing in her doorway watching random traffic. Half lidded eyes, a cigarette hanging out of one side of her mouth, her right arm still in a sling. Someone had suggested a cast. She wasn't about to sit still with the medical staff long enough to have someone put a cast on her. She could have gone to Ever and asked if there was anything she could do about it, but Violet just hadn't felt up to going anywhere near Medical. It was the same as Ethan's lab, but it felt close enough. She wasn't prepared to risk it.
So she stood in her doorway, well aware that curious glances were being thrown her direction. Furative glances from people who didn't want to get caught looking. They didn't want to dare her wrath by letting their eyes linger.
Her form was, as always, one that begged to be looked at. If it were just the white hair, it wouldn't be so bad, but it was white hair coupled with unnatural colored eyes. Purple where there should have been brown or blue or green. Adding on the tattoos themselves which seemed to move when she breathed as a trick of the light. It was eye-catching to say the least. Then there was her usual choice of attire, show as much skin as one could get away with, and one was set for why people found it necessary to stare at her.
Beyond just the physical, there was the reputation. Human killer. Few Blues attained such status and lived to tell about it. While in Blue, one was easily expendable, replaceable, unimportant. Without enough reputation to keep you in one piece, killing a human was a death sentence. By all rights, she should have been dead.
Should be and were. Two very different things. Settled as she was, body seeming completely relaxed against her door frame, Violet looked complacent. Tired even. But if one watched the motions of the guards, how they seemed to be watching her out of the corner of their eyes, trying to keep an eye on her, it was obvious there was a bit more there than met the eye.
Violet had done more reading since she'd been gone off the island. Sticking to the easier things she could find. She found herself daydreaming about a book she read, starring pirates as they lived their lawless lives across the mythical seas. Definitely more fun than being imprisoned here or the retreat Jason provided. Opening her eyes a little more, she noted a different feeling among the traffic, someone with a little more purpose to their motion. Not completely odd, but enough to get her attention.
