Powerton

Firstly, I would like to apologize for the lack of activity on the part of the mods recently. We have failed to do our part as mods to keep this community active and thriving.

After much consideration and debate on our part, we have decided to close Powerton. We are sincerely sorry to see the community end this way and we apologize to those that remained active up to this point -- we appreciate you more than you know.

We wish all of you well in your future RP endeavors and hope that we run into each of you in other games.

• For a period of six hours today, beginning at 7:00 am, all students and staff will find their powers going on the fritz. For some their powers won't work to it's full potential and for others their powers will not work at all. After things return to normal at 6:00 pm an announcement will be made that the Vice Principal was making rounds around the school and there is no reason to think that anything other than her presence would interfere with everyone's powers.

• Rodents are still running wild all over Powerton as student and teacher alike do their best to get rid of them. Early in the day Vice Principal Watts called Ira Darling and Sia Sanchez into her office; while she let them get away with the stunt they pulled in the cafeteria, she would not let them get away with this unpunished. The two students were given two weeks of detention, though their guilt was never determined.

• Beginning in the early hours of the morning small rodents will be seen all over the school, scurrying around dorms and running down hallways. But these are no ordinary rats mind you. These rats have powers. Some have the innocent ability of turning invisible, while others can create small energy charged explosions.

By noon during the day there will be an announcement made by the principal that students are allowed to use their powers outside of class in order to help them put an end to the infestation.
