If anything could make you feel old, it was being offered a Head of House position at Hogwarts. Essery was officially Hufflepuff Head of House now. It was, quite frankly, ridiculous to her. She pictured Professor Sprout and Professor Flitwick. Brilliant people, but grandparent-ish. Wizened. Definitely not her.
So, she'd been feeling a bit old when Gideon had owled her that morning. Luckily, she figured there was nothing like an afternoon with an indolent rockstar to make you feel young again, so she found herself apparating over around noon with a bag full of bags of crisps and a chocolate cake she'd bought at the grocery. |
