Invisible threads are the strongest ties.

dear all:

for some time now, i've had a hard time writing for lorne or drumming up plot for him. he, as a character, has a very specific niche--so often, i end up writing the same thing, with regard to caritas or him reading people.

there is an aspect of lorne's character that i want to explore, because i love him and do not wish to give up on him entirely just yet. that's where you come in.

when a demon like lorne is denied sleep, instead of predicting the future... his suggestions become real. there is an episode of 'angel' based on this, and it was hilarious. i think it's time lorne lost some sleep.

if you are interested in this, please comment here and we will chat about what is and is not okay to suggest to your character. (on the show, things like this happened: lorne told gunn to 'mark his territory,' so gunn began to pee on everything. he told wes and fred to stop being wallflowers at the company party, so they acted completely drunk and wasted the entire night.) in some measure, it is up to how your character would interpret lorne's words.

i am hoping this will generate some good side plots for lorne :) if it doesn't, well... i'm not gonna jump off any of those bridges just yet.
