Invisible threads are the strongest ties.

I mentioned this to BB, but I was thinking about having Dinah pull together a City version of the Birds of Prey. If it's all right with the mods, I would like to have her find the Clock tower once she gets out of the Asylum and, as she finds people that she can trust, pull together a team. I would love to get multiple fandoms into this team because it would be fun to see characters from multiple universes working together to keep the City safe.

Buffy would be a plainclothes operative, of course, and we'd need someone to fill the Oracle-type role... (Fred, perhaps?)
