She's a vampire who's personality is subject to change depending on the person and the situation. Your char hates vampires, wants to kick one around? I'll volunteer Mona; they can kick each other around. Have a witch? Mona was a witch, they can chat about magic-related things. Have someone really intelligent? Mona often likes to show off her intelligence, they can have a bit of a contest there. Anyway, you get the idea.
