One door closes...another gets ripped apart (Erik)

Bruce had asked her to be his girlfriend, and she wasn't one to do things halfway, so she packed up her things from the lake house, carefully carrying each box up to the opera house where Marcus and her men would transport it back to the warehouse. She grabbed the last one and took one last look around, biting at her lip, emotions rolling through her.

This was her home, as much as a part of her heart still belonged to Erik, and saying good-bye hurt, just as it hurt each time she walked away from the opera's manager. She ran her hand over the door, before snatching the door handle, closing it firmly behind her, the sound of it's closure echoing through her as she closed her door on that part of her life.

She made her way up to the opera house, clutching the small purse that contained her most precious gemstones and the tried rose Erik had given her, knocking on his office door, hoping he was inside.

Moving Day (Bruce)

Enigma yelped as she tripped over a box, ending up doing a hand spring so that she didn't fall, frowning at the mess around the lab. She was still moving everything around after slinking off to go play with Rufio, and her men apparently had decided to slack off in their jobs. She had shot two of them, sent Marcus to go find replacements and was left with the disaster of trying to move into her own apartments.

Sighing she sat on a box of clothes, rubbing her sore ankle before pouting at the boxes, wising they would go unpack themselves, before standing and grabbing some of her items from Bruce's lab space, loading them into the elevator, keeping the door open as she shoved a box almost larger then herself in after, bare feet sliding on the laminate floor. “Gooo,” she groaned, shoving harder.

Sort of like a reunion (Tony)

Annie had been busy, and Tony had been busier. It seemed like everything in life was keeping them away from one another. Even though they worked in the same building, and often the same rooms, every time she thought that they'd get a few minutes together, something happened and one or the other had to run off again.

She tried to busy herself and not think about it as much as possible. But she'd not yet gotten over the massive crush she'd thought was just passing fancy. Annie knew the way that Tony was, and she knew about Pepper, and she tried really hard to not get jealous at the thought of any of it, but she discovered herself broody and irritable when it popped into her head. She knew that she had no right, and kept all of it to herself. The last thing she needed was Jarvis mentioning it.

"Thank you." She said to the arm bot, which still didn't have a real name, but seemed to enjoy helping her out quite a bit. It had currently handed her a part that she had been looking for, and it had hidden. Annie suspected that a few of her personal items were in the robot's safe keeping places, as they'd vanished and she couldn't get any sort of information from it when she asked about them. If the mechanical arm could whistle it's innocence, Annie thought that the halls would be filled with music. She supposed it was trying to make sure that it wasn't going anywhere, but that didn't make her any less annoyed at the loss of the hairbrush, toothpaste and two pajama sets she'd brought here just in case.

Annie fit the part into the gadget she was attempting to create. It had started life as something more complex, but was currently becoming a miniature incarnation of the arm bot. She didn't need schematics to know how the simple thing worked, and she was starting to feel that it would do well with a little friend.

"I need more wire." She told the overeager machine next to her. "And a two inch long 3/4th screw."

Exploring his new home(Enigma - High rating)

Damon had almost died. In a painful manner. He was certain that it was all over when he had been bitten by the werewolf and when the brutal affects had started to take over his body. And he had finally told Elena how he truly felt. That he loved her. And this time she remembered. He was sure that she had known how he felt for a while now, but telling her could leave no doubt in her mind. But of course Stefan had to be Stefan and refuse to let him die. And the cost was making a deal with the devil, so to speak, in the form of Klaus. And Elena had been left distraught, searching for his brother as best she could. And he had helped her. Because he felt guilty. Guilty for being the reason for Elena's unhappiness, guilty that Stefan had had to make a deal with Klaus to save his life, but most of all, guilty that part of him wanted to take advantage of the fact that Stefan was gone to show Elena what she could have if she chose to be with him, what he could do to protect her, with everything that he had.

But it wasn't to be. No, he'd ended up in some strange new place that he couldn't figure out how to escape. It seemed almost like a punishment to him for taking advantage of the situation when he was the reason for the situation. Still, if he was stuck here, he might as well get used to the place and find his way around it. So that is what he planned to do. He had a pretty good sense of direction, he'd had a long time to develop one. So he set out, walking in no particular direction because he had no particular destination to reach.
