On the town (Open)

Jack was having a good time. He had his girl, he had his dogs - hyenas, whatever. He had his home. He had an entire city to play with. And to make it all so much better, he hadn't seen the Bat in weeks. He hadn't seen him at Wayne Industries, he hadn't seen him enter or leave the house during the three whole days he'd sat outside waiting.

The Bat was gone.

Jack picked some flowers out of the park and spent the day hopping around town, giving them to people. Sometimes the petals had been plucked off, sometimes they hadn't.

Wait until Harley heard, no more Bat.
Wait until the entirety of the City's underground heard, no more Bat!

Were there any superheros left in this place? Jack didn't know. He hadn't seen a costumed pansyfruit in a good long time. Perhaps now was the moment to snatch the City in the grip of some fear. Maybe he should spread the word that there was nobody left to stop them.

Oh yes.

Work (Open to hospital types)

The fun had gone down quite a bit in the hospital since one Doctor Wilson decided that he was going to check in on Hannibal and Simon. That all requests needed to be sent to him as well. The experiments had to stop. Well, at the very least, Hannibal could only use the stuff he'd gotten before the Wrath Of Wilson.

He sat in his office, wondering if he could acquire new things through Dr Cameron. She was his underling. Perhaps if things went through under her name, Wilson wouldn't pitch such a fit.

Hannibal looked toward the cage that harbored the monkey. He'd done a lot since the last time he'd talked to Simon, and would have liked to discuss the newest discoveries, but he hadn't seen Simon in a very long time. Another reason why he was bored.

Actually, he hadn't seen River either.

It seemed to him that nothing significant or fun had happened in The City in a very long time.

Out and About (Open)

Liz was bored. Not a lot had been going on with The Ghostbusters, and although Liz appreciated having the job, she wished there was more excitement.

She lit a cigarette as she stepped down the apartment stairs to head to work. She liked smoking while she walked, but to be perfectly honest, she liked to smoke while she did almost everything.

One thing that she had noticed was that her powers seemed to be more under control here in The City. Nothing seemed to make the fire want to burn, not unless she told her powers that it was time. She liked that. She felt like she had more freedom when her powers were under control.

She strolled down the street, not paying any attention to where she was going.
