War Is Coming Communications.

It's time to get us a Dalek. If no one has any objections, I would like to lead a strike team to take one out and disable it, so we can strip it down for useful technology that can be used against others. As such, I need a strike team.

I'm not going to offer any delusions here, this is incredibly dangerous and yes, there is a high chance that one or all of us could be killed. So I'm not going to force anyone to volunteer. We do have, in Laurence, people with abilities the Daleks have never encountered, that may work to our advantage in bringing one down. Possibly.

So, volunteers?

Never would have thought I'd be thanking my lucky stars for my current situation.

Magic people, summon the ghost. Then when it shows, I'll find a way to kill it.

...no, better yet, Buffy will. She's good at that. Slaying. It's what she does, after all. Why would I want to kill a ghost? That's just silly. And scary.

Is this a bad time to mention I'm starting to get a headache? Maybe it's all the talk of killer bugs and stalking squirrels. So much for a quiet life.

[Filtered AGAINST Bad Guys AND the 'infected']

Alright, it's possible that the symptoms are progressing with Andrew complaining of itching. Time is becoming a factor here so I urgently need some help. I've been working over the last few weeks to stock up the medical bay at the apartment building, but there is still a lot of equipment and other supplies that I need.

Given that we have eight people infected, we cannot wait to get the supplies officially so I need people to help me get them. Steal them, buy them, borrow them, honestly right now I don't care. We can debate the morality of stealing later when our people are no longer in any danger. I know our usual thief is out of commission, but if anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.

[List of Hospitals]

These are all the local hospitals, with the larger ones at the top. The larger the hospital, the easier it'll be for them to cover any losses. The most urgent item on my list is a defibrillator machine. I also need these [List of medications], mostly a combination of anti-psychotics, sedatives and broad spectrum antibiotics.

Finally, the friends of those infected. If you can bring any of them to me I can begin treatments to try to slow the progression of their symptoms until we can eliminate the cause. I want to start on some blood tests as soon as possible. I know that this is a ghost sickness, but they are my patients and I doubt anyone's ever tried to develop a scientific cure for this anyway. I might as well try.

There was an interesting debate going on in a movie that I was watching earlier.

When is it okay to take a human life? What if that life was the one thing standing between saving the world or destroying it?

It's been bugging me. A lot of people seem to have strong opinions on the subject. You would think that everyone would say hell no to killing off an innocent person, wouldn't you?

Whelp... One bit of excitement and fun [yes, I will state for the record that that was fun] and the boredom has set back in again.

I really, really miss my Hub dammit. And I'm still wondering if we can access the servers from over here. It would at least be something to do.

Have to say, haven't had that much fun in... well, really don't know when. It's been a while. And I don't want to hear I have a warped sense of what can be considered 'fun'.

Looking at what happened, feels like it's time to get moving.

I need a few things, and perhaps a few people to assist. Martha, Ianto, Rose, Romana (?) -- I'm looking at you four in particular, though I don't think I'd be opposed to some outside help as well.

I need to get access to a few banks of computers. Higher end things would be appreciated, but not required.
