See, this is where you and me differ. I don't think "expediating" things is for the good of our child. Not when it's just shorthand for "roll over and do what Klaus wants". You're not the King of Lawrence, y'know.

We'll move in when we're good and ready, and not before. You want to 'expediate' that process, you might want to find that Rugaru Ol' Grumpy was hunting. Or figure out who's setting fire to bars for no goddamned reason. Or maybe, heaven forbid, ask nicely.

Really? I don't think asking for an equal say in how we raise our daughter's a fault, Klaus. You just assume everyone's going to agree with every decision you make, or obey it regardless, and I'm not raising Hope like that.

She died, but you know, witches. She pulled herself back from the other side, stole a body and has proceeded to torment us ever since. Including doing something to Elijah I don't quite understand but he did that. In the bar that burned down. Massacred the patrons and staff.

So I did what I had to and ensured no one would trace it back to him
