It's exceptionally quiet being in a house this big by myse I'm sorry Mark, but Netflix has Dr. Horrible on it and I absolutely have to watch it again.

Oh, and Felicia. I know we haven't really done much in the way of training since I got back, but if you've got time I wouldn't mind continuing at some point. If nothing else it would be a good way to take my mind off of the million things that I need to get for my house for a bit.

So long as you understand that I don't intend to go insane and kill off half of humanity or whatever, that's cool.

If I suspected you were going to do something along those lines do you honestly think I'd continue to talk to you?

Yes.

Mark, arrogance isn't becoming on you.

Really? I thought it was kinda hot.

That and I was really implying that you were evil, too.

Keep telling yourself that one. Maybe you can eventually get someone else to believe you, too.

No, no. I'm manipulative, but now reformed. Not evil. There's a world of difference.

Reformed manipulator, are you? That's a hard habit to kick.

Yes, well, luckily I have amazing willpower.

So would you say your willpower is actually inner strength to resist temptation or more like self-manipultion? Sine you're a master manipulator and all.

I've simply come to the point in my life where I rarely no longer feel the need to manipulate people to suit my needs.

You just woke up one day and magically deided to toss your previous beliefs out the window and turn over a new leaf, no problems?

I didn't say it was like that. I said that I used to be that way and now I'm not. It took a while for me to reach that point, but I have. But, I'll admit that seeing my show and everything did open my eyes about as to the impact of some of the things I did, which is not to say that I regret my actions, just that they likely weren't the best way to go about things.

Nah, I'm just fucking with you. Change....I understand it pretty well, actually. Realization doesn't have to mean regret. Learn something from it, though?

Is this the point where we're supposed to sit down and have the talk about what the point of the lesson was? Because I thought that came at the end of the week, not the start of it.

Gotta mix it up a bit every now and then, yeah?

I suppose, otherwise everything becomes formulaic and bland. But you haven't been here long enough to understand how often "every now and then" becomes when it comes to mixing it up. The insanity of Lawrence is astounding.

Well, lets see. In the time I've been here I've been thrust into a post-apocalyptic future and brought back, sent to an alternate universe where I was with someone I would never be with, I've gotten a magical bauble that grants a Christmas wish, had Slayer powers for a few days, watched everyone get infected by one of the seven deadly sins or another to an extreme extent, and that's just the tip of the proverbial ice berg. Oh, and being completely unable to communicate unless it's via song.

That's just the tip of the proverbial ice berg. Lawrence is... it's something. And when I have a hard time thinking of a word to describe something it's really saying something. But yes, calm your mind or whatever, we can call it a tie.

If you're here long enough, at least. Some people get sent back home exceptionally quickly.

We'll find out soon enough, I'm sure.

In the meantime, there's no telling. You could end up getting sent home last week, or you could end up being here for years. The first time I arrived I was sixteen. I'm eighteen now.

Yeah, I've heard... Girl by the name of Dawn Summers...said she's been here for a few years herself. The Slayer's little sister grew up. Bit weird, but it happens, apparently.

I know her. Not well or anything, but I could point her out in a crowd. And it does. Another thing that's weird is going back and forth the way I have. It's only been a handfull of months worth of time that's passed back home, but two years on and off here.

I honestly have no idea about other dimensions as I've only ever really dealt with the two of them. And science fiction was never my thing. At all.

Yes, well, you're a vampire. It's to be expected. Back where I'm from, on the other hand, is exceptionally lacking in that respect - aside from the fact that Tina is apparently going to convince our principal that she's a vampire. My show is firmly in the "musical dramedy" category.

Mark, sweetheart, that's NPH. You do realize that you and he may look alike but are not actually the same person, yes?

Oh, I'm terrible for you, I know. Because I make you look bad without even trying.

And the Golden Globes say that Chris Colfer and I are one and the same, yet I'm not delusional enough to believe it.

Absolutely not. I will turn you into a stand-up guy if it kills me.

No, you missed it. Roger and I took a road trip to New York. We crashed the Tonys. It was kind of epic.

And if I kill you first, mwahahaha?

Well, duh. Like you'd even have to ask.

You do realize you're talking to the guy who can't even kill the spider in the bathroom without a case of guilt, right?

Here's hoping I forget. I'd hate to make it mandatory that it happens again next year.

Guess that depends on if they call in NPH again, doesn't it? Though really, as big as his name is, we could get in anyway!

Well, yeah, till you pulled out the Oh my Gaga. Now my masculinity is slightly in tact. That spider might have a family, okay??

Double calling card, Mark. There's also Chris Colfer.

Yes, but I can still kill a spider with no guilt about it's spider family. Because those baby spiders? Will grow up to not mind biting you with their little spider teeth one day.

WHO??? Besides, with any luck at all, NPH will host again. He gets the best shit when he hosts.

I think it comes from living in the city. You get so used to insects they become like additional roommates. Little bastards need to learn to pay rent and buy some groceries.

One would think that would make it easier to kill the bugs.
