You honestly expect me to answer that? I have no idea who you even are, let alone any idea of why I should answer anything you pose to me.

For the record however, there is no law against minor's providing alcohol to adults in Kansas, and as for my having it, it is permissible under Kansas law for me to have and consume with the approval of my parent or legal guardian, cereal malt beverages.

The last time I saw my father we shared a beer over a job well done, so I'm quite sure he wouldn't quibble. When the seal drags him here, we'll ask. Pity this didn't come up when mom was here, we could have asked her directly.

You should realize that there are police and other law enforcement officers all over this board. Myself for example. I was FBI. If I were still enlisted I could actually have you arrested if I felt like it and said adult was not present. Same thing goes for the other authority figures online. Detective O'Hara for example.

I'd take his advice if I were you. Obnoxious as he is.

	In Kansas law no persons under the age of 21 shall possess alcohol. Malt beverage to any minor is also illegal. You are endangering anyone selling it to you of being fined and losing their liquor license should any one of us discover who said provider is. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

...are we looking at the same laws, sir? I quoted the law as it pertained to me, Statute 21-3610. Granted I used wiggle room and twisted the law to fit my needs, ie: The State of New York is my legal guardian and not here to approve or provide said alcohol, nor my parents, Edward Nigma, Samantha and Ethan Collins.

The same statute also covers the provider, though I will not go into details without a lawyer present.

Either way, I screwed up, I'm sorry, won't do it again. Don't like drinking that much anyway these days, it's boring and clouds the mind, neither of which I can afford.

H. Do not argue law with FBI agents

I. Do not try to cover your ass when you screw up unless you know exactly how to get out of it without fail; or it just makes things worse.

J. Do not attempt to offer alcohol to aforementioned FBI agents when you know you aren't of legal age to do so.

K. Don't just say "yes, sir" or try to make excuses when people try to talk to you about this shit. People are constantly trying to get through to you why these things are important, but you don't really listen. That's why you keep getting in trouble here, love.
