Hello? I don't know where the hell I am but I can tell you one thing for certain: I'm not a big fan of being kidnapped and dropped off in some strange place, so someone had better start explaining right the fuck now.

I've got a lot of connections ~~between the CIA and Torchwood~~ and if you think you're going to get away with whatever it is you're attempting to do, you can think again. I want some answers…and I want them now.

Yeah, she's fine, don't worry. I never heard about you but you seem to know a lot. You're not Torchwood, because they all died, save Jack and Gwen, according to what little Esther ~~God rest her soul~~ could find in the archives before the building exploded.

Yeah, wish I had a picture of the looks on his and Gwen's faces when I came back, shit. The Miracle saved my life. Jack just stole my glory. I was giving my life to take down The Blessing and he fucked it up with his ~~freak~~ blood.

All right...? Torchwood is dead. Jack and Gwen brought it back for the Miracle and took Esther and I along for the ride but...how are you Torchwood when it doesn't technically exist anymore?

Yeah...I think probably everyone has seen that movie, though I'm not entirely sure why that's relevant...?

Good thing I still have that foreign account, then. Getting screwed by the CIA didn't totally suck. It had its benefits.

First of all, there were several Torchwoods in your world to begin with. Secondly? I'm not from your world. I'm from a different dimension, different branch of the operation. We're a much bigger corporation, actually.

Forrest saved Lieutenant Dan's life and all Lt. Dan could do was bitch about not having legs. Just made me think of that is all. Don't get me wrong, it's got to suck being you right now. I'm just saying. You're alive.

Firstly, fair enough, however, again...the organization ceased to exist entirely. Secondly, just when I thought things couldn't get any higher on the crazy scale, wow. All right. Well, at least there's still a Torchwood somewhere, then.

I think the Doctor would actually be pleased to hear that. Course, you haven't met him yet, but if you were able to look into Torchwood's records at all, you might know of him. And yeah. It's pretty crazy. And I blame your world's Torchwood, well, one of them anyway, for the entire mess. But that's neither here nor there.

It isn't fair that either of you have to live that way. But the point is that you'll get to live. And, hopefully, make the world a better place for it, like Jack has.

I know. Believe me. I didn't grow up with money. Then I had money. Now I don't have money. I miss it, not gonna lie.

The Doctor? I've heard of him, Jack mentioned him once ~~right before we both died~~. We weren't, most of it was wiped out. Damn, I'm startin' to think I should stick with the CIA title.

There's no "get to" when you've watched people you care about die and you know there's never going to be a meeting in Heaven or wherever. There's "have to" instead. But in any case, I'm not gonna waste it sitting on my ass feeling sorry for myself. Not all the time, anyway.

Yeah, well, Torchwood in your world, not Jack's but another, caused some pretty big issues in our lives. So he's never been a big fan. That and what they stood for. Jack, apparently, changed it around to something a bit more worthy. So did ~~my dad~~ my mum's husband, at the one where I work.

CIA will actually sound better around here. Just so you know. Torchwood doesn't exist in this world, the CIA does.

Oh, you're welcome to a time or two. No one would blame you. But you may as well put it to good use. ~~And I really am, SO sorry.~~

Fair enough. But if I don't exist and I say I'm part of the CIA then I'm a liar. Right? Torchwood doesn't exist in either this world or mine, anymore. Officially disbanded. I'll mull it over.

Oh, I already have and I don't plan on stopping now. So what's the Riddler up there talking about when she says good and evil or whatever? You're talkin' Apocalypse, so as a former Special Agent, I'm kind of itching for details. Do I gotta get back to work like right now? Cuz I can ~~...I just would've liked a break to finally grieve~~

Good point, that. Though we have FBI agents in the same situation. Think on it, but if you're actual law enforcement, there's a place for you here. We could use you.

The Riddler is actually the matrix to a machine that travels through space and time. She's been put into a human body, no idea why or how but she's wonderful. But with all that info, things are about to come out a little scrambled.

So yes. She means the Apocalypse, she means demons vs. angels and the fall of Lucifer. She means Lucifer's attempt at taking over and we're all stuck in the middle. Things are pretty calm at times and pretty hellish at others. Take a breather for now. There's classes you can get involved in to learn how to fight these things off. It's a good place to start.

Ah, you know how to fight, but you don't know how to fight demons. Whole different ball game. Same here. I can wield a gun with no problem, but can you use holy water? Do you know the chant to cast an exorcism? Can you remove a demon from its host without harming the host?

Yeah. Exactly. I'd suggest you talk to Sam Winchester, or Dean Winchester if Sam's not around. They're professional hunters, it's what they do. Also, Agent Seeley Booth would be the law enforcement official I'd talk to. Ordinarily I might suggest Juliet O'Hara, and you may still want to, eventually, but she's currently in the medical wing.
