You guys haven't had any spells go off the wrong way lately, have you?

I'm not accusing you of being responsible for this situation, but we've had magical misfires before so I thought I'd ask. If what we're dealing with is based on a spell gone wrong, then maybe you guys could band together, figure out what the spell was, and fix it?

It's not like that, not really. I mean, I don't have a headache right now, I am just very much aware that you have one. Just like I was very much aware that you were drunk last night even before you signed on to the comms.

Not really, just strong emotions. I mean, I get a sort of constant background hum of you but once I got used to it I could ignore it pretty easily unless you started feeling something with unusual strength. I'm getting better at ignoring it too, the more I practice so don't worry about your mother reading your mind or anything. Trust me, I want you to have your privacy as much as you do.
