It started with Pixar. While Woody felt himself being swiftly replaced by a shiny, new Rocketman, the two dimensional cartoon world saw the beginning of what would be their end. Some cartoons had already slipped into a comfortable retirement, but most saw the death of their own genre as the shiny, three dimensional world took over. But, instead of being erased from pop culture history, the old world entered the new. Broke through it, in fact.

Roger Rabbit was the first to leave Toontown. He had always been known for having one foot in the door and one out, but better for being completely obsolete as soon as his movie ended. One morning he woke up in the real life body of Roger Baxter, an up and coming television star. The two Rogers were forced to make sense of each other, exist in the same body and help other cartoons that were jumping off the page into the streets of Los Angeles.

This is Erased. A game about your childhood and how it just can't seem to slip away.

The concept of werewolves in recent times has generally become highly unlikely. Although apparent in previous points in history, with the encroaching destruction of the wolf, as well as their habitat shrinking to only small ranges in more northern territories, human and wolf involvement has become miniscule and rare.

By the time of the eighteenth century, werewolf involvement was virtually destroyed in heavily populated areas. Once a reality, became a folklore story passed down and put in books. However, little did these populations know, the genetics for these beings was transferred. Originally thought to have been passed by more wolf-like domestic canine species (like the husky, alaskan malamute, norwegian elkhound, etc.), it is also speculated that domestic dogs trained to hunt these elusive wolves contracted this disease through blood to blood contact.

Needless to say, after around two hundred or so years, to only now in recent times, the disease has passed from not only the canine, but to humans as well. It has just now became apparent from the alaskan and canadian wilderness, spreading down the the quaint city of Seattle, Washington. With dogs inhabiting most large cities, there's no telling how fast or how slow the transferring rates will be. What's known, though, is that dog bites to humans has significantly excelled within the last forty years. Dog attacks tending to get a lot of local buzz in small towns, the original beast is apprehended or murdered -- with little thought to what the human has now become. . .
