The treaty between the Cullen's and the La Push Indian tribe has existed for as long as either side can remember. Put in place to try and control each side and keep peace in the town that lie in between, Forks Washington...until now.
A girl, a simple girl, but a smart one danced along the boundary line, bite wounds covering her body. On one side Emmett and Jasper stood waiting for her to come closer. She was suspected of being a rouge, a parting gift from Victoria left waiting in the wings should something go wrong.
One the other side Sam, Embyrl and Quil stood waiting for her to come closer. They suspected she was an experiment of the leeches. A test to see what would happen when they changed Bella. They had all heard the rumor floating around in Jacobs head and it sickened them that she would do something like that.
Both sides stood quiet and still as they watched the girl dance between them, each side growing restless in the wait. And then the unthinkable happened. She moved closer to the wolves, just within reach before dancing back towards the Cullen's. Quil and Jasper lunged at the same time...and missed. Colliding with each other instead.
It was over as quickly as it had happened. No one's sure who drew blood first but both stood panting on their sides of their boundary line, blood shining brightly on both of them. In an instant it was over. The treaty broken by the spilling of blood.
And so it begins. The war between Vampires and Werewolves. Neither side willing to give up or give in. And at the center of it all stands one girl with the power to stop it all...or so they think.

Grand Opening! All characters from MWPP, Trio and Future Gen needed!
 - Plot - Rules - Character List - Played-Bys - Team Info - Apply - - Contacts (F-Lock) - Advertise (F-Lock) - So we all know that Captain Jack Harkness runs Torchwood Three, that Torchwood One was destroyed in the Battle of Canary Wharf, that Torchwood Two is headed by "a very strange man" and that Torchwood Four is currently misplaced. Well that's all fine and dandy, but things are about to start changing. Torchwood One is reopening just outside of London and is now known as Torchwood 1.1 and Torchwood Two's leader has been replaced. Torchwood Three of course isn't any different, with the exception that Jack has been missing for a bit. The big thing is that Torchwood Four is back on the map, headed by the same person it had been before it was 'misplaced'. It seems Torchwood Four, headed by one Major Charlie Sheppard, had a minor malfunction involving Cardiff's rift. In fact, Torchwood Four is located right near Torchwood Three, or at least it was until it and its team got pulled into another universe. Which is where Lucian Devereaux comes in. It seems that he got a hold of a Time Agent's vortex manipulator in the far future and has been using it at his own pleasure. Well, until it backfired and he was sent to the present and made the rift flux, sucking Torchwood Four into it. Luckily, Major Sheppard wasn't there at the time. Now as for Lucian, he'd been jumping through time randomly and unwillingly as he tried to fix the vortex manipulator. During this time he realized that he'd jump from the present in Cardiff to some different point in time and then back. Along the way, he managed to bring back people with him who shouldn't be during that time, and that caused the rift to go haywire, also bringing people to the present that shouldn't be there: those that are dead, those who aren't born yet, and those in other dimensions. And so, Torchwood realized they needed to work extra hard to try and stop this and thus re-established Torchwood Four, somehow convincing Charlie to head it once more. And that is where we begin... Ever at the ready is a Torchwood/Doctor Who RP that allows for any character from either series (old and new) to be incorporated, as well as original characters! It takes place around the start of season two. We've only just started and we're looking for a majority of the canon cast still, including The Doctor (any of them) and most of Torchwood Three. We're also looking for bad guys and aliens to be hunted down, as well as people to fill up the other Torchwood Teams. If you think you're ready, then we're ready to have you join the team! Plot/Background Before Play Begins:
It has been nine years since the last blow was struck against the enemy.
The war did not end cleanly, however. Years of scorched earth and blazing sky rendered the islands of Britain wasteland in parts, crackling in magic in others. While life has resumed normalcy to the hundreds of wizards that roam England, there are those who must watch and defend against the magic that yet remains, buried in the earth but lying dormant... waiting for a trigger to snap. And with this turning of the earth has come the struggle against those who are not human - the goblins, the werewolves, the undead that snarl in the blackness. Vengeance was vowed when the Dark Lord fell and to those who are immortal, an oath of blood runs through the veins of a century. As muggles begin to march and ghosts lie in wait, the wizarding world stands on the edge of a very long fall.
The year is 2008.
Those who would defend the Light against these perils are not the Aurors, but another force known as the Regulators. It is their mission to halt the erosion of the wizarding world and protect wizards and muggles alike from the reaches of the supernatural. Their task is daunting, their numbers few but those who raise arms do so with hope that they can be a shield against the long night that awaits.

The War of the Five Kings and its subsequent aftermath saw to Prince Tommen Baratheon, in all his youthful pliability, being crowned the rightful King. Meanwhile, Daenerys 'Stormborn' Targaryen from across the Narrow Sea dissolved the unrest in Slaver's Bay and prepared to make true her long awaited ambitions to sail into Westeros. It was not long before the news spilled into Westeros, whether by ravens or by spies and messengers. The mysteries surrounding the identity of Robb's heir notwithstanding, fealties were sworn and allegiances shifted as the West scurried to side with either the House Baratheon or the House Targaryen in anticipation of the Great War That Never Happened. Indeed, the Stags and the Dragons had been a blade's length away from the first blood spilt when the Wall gave. In spite of the fierce efforts by the Night's Watch, under the joint command of Lord Commander Jon Snow and Lord Stannis Baratheon, to keep the Others--and wights--at bay, it was simply not enough. Even as Wildlings lent reinforcements for the Watch, those who had been quick to dismiss the threats from the north soon learned that the Starks' warnings of old had not merely been fanciful tales as originally believed. |

The War has begun..
It's January 1996, and the students of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry are returning to the school after the attack that left many of their fellow classmates dead, or injured. The school is repaired, but the memory of what happened when Tom Riddle tried to take over the school is still fresh.
Harry Potter is now publically known at "The Boy who Lived", he has gone for normal fifteen year old to Saviour of the wizarding world. His every moved is tracked by the Daily Prophet and Rita Skeeter- with the fame comes the misfortune of being enemy number one of the man the world has now coined "Lord Voldemort", who continues to gain followers in the Ministry of Magic, and elsewhere.
The world is changing, for everyone, and sides are being picked. Where will you stand?
