Vas Captio OOC

Hello everyone~. I'm Drakan, & I'll be playing Amaterasu from the late Clover Studio's "Okami". If you haven't played it, I highly recommend it. Now then, on to the actual chara. :D

In cannon, she's actually a wolf (more or less), but to fit this game, she'll also have a human form, who's Gong Li. She hasn't been human-y for a century or two, & her fandom isn't too technologically advanced so lots of stuff she'll have to figure out. Before I go any further, Ammy is essentially genderless, but more characters in her fandom refer to her as a 'she' more oft than 'he'.

Ammy is the Sun Goddess, and (according to the game) Mother of all that is good. As such, she has a desire (and more so, a need) to help and protect others, mainly those who are good, pure, good at heart, etc.

Just thought I'd introduce myself and say hi..! I'm Dexy, and I'll be picking up Gambit.. he's the comic book version, so he's not the off-color one from the movies, though I am using Taylor Kitsch, with the correct hair, outfit, and eyes. ^^ He'll have his proper accent, so I apologize to everyone who has to muddle through the Cajun accent, hah.

I'm taking him from the beginning of his timeline, so he's around 21-22, and he's just joined the X-Men a few months ago. And since it looks like our Wolverine is from the movies, not the comics, we'll have to assume that they're from different realities -- because the Rouge that Remy knows is a 20-something firecracker with a deep South accent who has a nasty attitude, not a sweet young girl. It should be interesting, to say the least! I'm nice, so IM me or something. :D I love to chat and I looove plot.

And another to throw into the mix! Finally decided on a second character to pick up. Everyone's favourite, lovable, kind... seeing if you were paying attention Doctor. Dr Gregory House of the show House, MD. He (like Jack) is up for plottings and the like.

Don't be surprised if he attempts to diagnose you either. It's just what he does. ;^)

So... if there's a contest going on to see who can bring in the most wild, abstract, and goofy characters...

I'm Kat, and on day 8, I'll be joining you all with Miss Sarah Jane Smith from "The Sarah Jane Adventures", in the greater Whoniverse. Sarah's coming from between seasons 1 and 2 of SJA, just after "Journey's End" from season 4 of "Doctor Who."

I'm excited to start playing and see how Sarah reacts to the crazy experiments. Anyone want to play greeter? I'm also excited to be playing with some people I know from other games - it doesn't happen often.

Hello everyone!

I'm Estel, and I'm dragging Anders from Battlestar Galactica into the excitement/experiment. Its actually my first go with him in a community, so I'm excited as hell.

A bit about me... I've been RPing for about as long as I've been able to string a sentence together. I'm a college student in California working on a degree in theater and my specialty is costume design. This is actually going to be the first time I've been in a panfandom in many years, and even longer since I've apped to a non-DW/TW centered community. I know a few of you from my last community, and those of you I don't know, I look forward to meeting you!

As for Sam, he's a sweet guy who always seems to end up in bad situations, this being no exception. Oh, and yes, his name is Sam, sorry Winchester, for the oncoming confusion. I'm sure that IC, he'll wind up being Anders, 'cause he goes by his last name all the time anyways. He'll be coming in on Day 5.

Hi folks!

This is Iris again, just letting everyone know that I'm throwing Locke Lamora (from the Gentleman Bastard series by Scott Lynch -- which is a damn good read if anyone's curious) into things on day four. Locke is a thief, by trade and by nature, from a world (Camorr) and a time pretty much equivalent to medieval Venice (though with some alchemical and vague magical flares) - so there just might be a bit of gawking and culture shock involved. That's...really about it. Sorry this wasn't up sooner but I'm a real bad slacker there was an inconvenient power outage last night that lasted until this afternoon. Anyway, looking forward to throwing him into the heart of things!
