Sooo yeah, me and Renole are close and she wasn't able to make this herself due to being in a rush to head to Otakon (an anime convention in Baltimore) and so I am making her hiatus thread here. She won't be able to post much if at all until Monday or Tuesday. By then, things should go back to normal. Sorry its me posting this and not her, she asked me to do it for her since she's so tied up.

Today those people behind the curtain have decided to play a game of trick or treat with all residents of Vas Captio. Upon waking characters will find the following in their immediate possession or within their living space as described: Laura Moon: A dual heart shaped frame with photos of Shadow and Robbie L: A shovel with a big red bow Rose Tyler: The TARDIS phone, smashed The Ninth Doctor: Broken bits of the wood from the TARDIS exterior will be strewn about wherever he has fallen asleep The Teneth Doctor: "Police Public Call Box" sign Kim Boggs: A framed photo of Jim Edward: His smashed ceramic hands Lexie Grey: A letter from her father Merope: In Merope's room stung from the ceiling will be dozens of bloody baby dolls Nymphadora Tonks: Luna Lovegood's irreparable wand Gregory House: All of his pill stashes in his room will be swapped with sugar pills Shannon Rutherford: Will awaken to find the body of Kaylee curled up at the foot of her bed with 'Whore' scratched into her forehead. Cause of death: strangulation Jenny Schecter: Will receive a simple note, "They'll all know soon." Amaratsu: Will awaken to be surrounded by dead animals. Squirrels, deer, birds, raccoons. Church: Will awaken to find Tex's body snug up against his own. Cause of death: slit throat Sarah Jane Smith: Will receive K-9's ear and a few buttons from Mr. Smith Elliot Reid: Will receive a staff photo from Sacred Heart with a very obvious place where she should be standing. Fina: A bag of plastic crystals Ramirez: A broken model of an air-pirate ship James T. Kirk: Kirk's Captain's chair will be disassembled and in his immediate view upon waking. The upholstery will be bright pink with flowers Leonard McCoy: A plastic toy tricorder Andy Gallagher: The keys to his van Dean Winchester: The keys to the Impala Sam Winchester: Jess' nurses outfit, duplicate set of keys to the Impala Jack Harkness: Will awaken to an alarm clock sounding "EXTERMINATE" Ianto Jones: Will awaken to Jack's pickled head in a jar staring at him. Selene: Blood bags filled with very accurately colored red KoolAid. Rorschach: A very pregnant doll labeled "Merope" Remy LeBeau: Will awaken to find the beheaded corpse of Logan in his bed. Derek Zoolander: Mirror labeled "I see a wrinkle..."

Inventory

The Impala: Parked in front of the barn. Doors locked. Sam's iPod permanently affixed. Radio cannot be turned off. 1/4 tank of gas. Fully operational. Andy's Van: Parked outside the carnival. Doors locked. There is a stash of weed under the front passenger seat. 1/2 tank of gas. Fully operational. Pharmacy: Alcohol supplies are running low (One bottle Vodka, one bottle Peach Schnapps, one bottle gin). Candy, snacks, and other junk food are scarce. You will find one twinkie, three candy bars, and one bag of crushed chips here. Gas Station: A supply of 12 MRE (Meal Ready to Eat) packages line the shelves. There is still plenty of junk food to be found here. One six pack of beer remains as does the large cooler of weed. One case of bottled water is available.

And now! NOMINATIONS

Due to the fact that we've had a lot of characters drop over the past few weeks, we are going to let the last round of awards slide. However, we have a new way of doing awards that will, we think, help everyone in terms of nominations.

Every week, we will hold nominations for the main categories -- that way threads and journals are still fresh in people's minds. Nominations will run for the whole of the following game day. [In other words, nominations for Day Fifteen will run during Day Sixteen and so on]. At the end of the third week, we'll hold a round of voting with the winners to be announced with shiny graphics.

Any questions, don't hesitate to ask. And please, nominate! More nominations we get, the more you all have to choose from. As always, for best scenes and lines, include a link to the thread/journal in question.
