If you're on Team C and not equipped to deal with this weather, please stay home. I prefer my team not frostbitten and hypothermic when there are enough of us to cover for you.

That being said, I imagine there's going to be chaos in the forest with this. Locals will probably be looking for help. If anyone not on duty is available and equipped to deal with this weather, let me know if you can join patrol today.

If at any point you need backup or you're getting too cold, never hesitate to call. Do not put yourself in danger. There will be more monsters for that.

I know you know what you can handle. I don't mean to push. I just mean be careful if it comes to that.

I know. I mostly wanted you to be aware that something could malfunction and I'll react accordingly. I can always help organize efforts from the office though. I'm not so stubborn I would put any team at risk just to be out in the field. Maybe a few years ago, but I've learned my lesson on that one.

That makes it sound like I never take any now, when really I just used to choose getting to space over anything and everything.
