Even with the advertisements, the skies in our area of the forest, and such, this is a taste of home that I wouldn't have truly anticipated, even if it is only for one day. I had assumed that my life would be spent in Rosohna and doing my errands without added protections would never be something I would feel that I took for granted, and yet here we are.

It is not an altogether unexpected thing to miss from home, but I suppose I have gotten used to life as normal here.

Which is to say, should there be anything that you would need picked up, please let me know. I foresee being out and about for a while today.

We are, but my city is unique in that we use magic to keep the sky dark during the day. It is lifted occasionally for religious reasons, but it's otherwise a night sky.

Oh. Huh. I think we went to someplace that was always dark, but wasn't a city. It was just on another plane or something like that.

I cannot say that I've been to another plane before. Rosohna's population is largely drow, as well as some duergar and others who more accustomed to dark, so the magic allows us to move around outdoors without actually being nocturnal.

Yeah. There's one we use all the time in Whitestone that Keyleth talks to all the time, but we can use any tree that's not too skinny. Just pop in one and pop out a different one.
