I've been sitting on the deck of the Merry for the last few hours with a book. I'd like to be reading, but I keep staring out at the water. I had a really good time a few weeks back when we all switched powers and I got to swim in the sea for the first time.

Is it possible to feel nostalgic for something that didn't happen that long ago?

I don't think it's that strange. I'm glad you were able to make those memories, even if the power swap was... strange.

It was, rather! I'm not sure it's something I'd want to do again, but I enjoyed not having to worry about sinking like a stone in the water.

Edwin, do you know if there is any kind of magic that might prevent me from doing that with my Devil Fruit powers?

I do not, but I don't see why there wouldn't be.

Let me check my books, and if you're up for some experimentation, I'm sure we will be able to figure something out.

All experimentation would be done in a controlled environment. I wouldn't put you in unnecessary danger.
