Are any of you adept at dealing with the mind? I guess it would be considered magical to you. Magical minds. ~~I just need to know how fucked I am if something goes sideways.~~ I have a few small questions, minuscule even, but I figured one of you would be able to answer.

	I have a very annoying aunt who works in a high political position. Readers are not exactly thought fondly of, menace to society, need to be corraled and kept and eye on. When we can poke into people's minds, people get touchy. Not so much here, it seems. And now I'm curious about the Opinions. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

'Corralled' and 'kept an eye on' translates more to 'I will control you and use you to my benefit when I say so' but that may just be me.

Similar thoughts, though. Many people back home are enhanced by powers or technology and governments wanted a way to control their actions by creating a registry. If you opposed it, you were a criminal and that was the side I chose. I've used powers pertaining the mind to keep safe and to avoid bloodshed.

	Really? That is an easier explanation to swallow than believing that there is something wrong with me. For our world, readers weren't just for minds. You could, can read chaotic space and there is a lot of it to travel through. It's why they conscripted readers into the military. We make excellent navigation systems. But I've also been known to cause wide-scale catastrophe without fully realizing it too, so it's in Vallo's best interest to keep me muzzled. To be able to read space. That is interesting. 	I made my own live-action alternate reality by enslaving an entire town with mind control. There is a witch here that did something very similar, and it spawned a television show but I think her methods were gentler. A lot of people with powers live here but you're the first I've met that can do something like that. What does space even feel like on that level? (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	No. I did it without knowing I could. My magic is tied reality and creation and if I want something bad enough, I can make it happen. It doesn't require discipline or anything like what remnants might be. I can only imagine. [...] Is it weird to say that it sounds beautiful though?
