Prue and I recently graduated from cooking class - or we made it through without setting anything on fire, and actually managed to make some things that were pretty tasty? Anyway, we're putting our skills to use and making Buddha bowls tonight (one of our assignments), so if you're willing to be fed, we've got you.

I mean, between Jello attacks. This also makes me really not want to eat Jello again, as if the adventure in the dollhouse with the puzzles and the gelatinous cubes wasn't enough deterrent. Is everyone okay?

It sounds very healthy; I can't say I've ever had much in the way of tofu or chickpeas. Am I Does your invitation exte Have you been taking cooking classes for long?

There have been some at Sutton Cottage but I've been lucky enough to avoid any direct encounters. I think one might be stuck in the hedgemaze; you're welcome to it if you can get it out.

Come around and try it out - now that I know I can cook, I'm eager to make things for people. And we've been at it a few months - it started because we didn't want to be parents who had no idea how to cook.

Oh, wow - that'd be great, if you wouldn't mind? I'll see what I can do. Plus that hedge maze is pretty fascinating anyway.

I would be delighted. I doubt very much that either one of my parents can cook, though I suppose it's different when you can just hire someone to do it for you. I didn't know you had children.

Fascinating is certainly one word for it. Mr. Moss has been working at making it presentable the last week or so as well, so I hope it will be up to snuff while you're hunting sentient gelatin.

Is that what they did, hired the cooks? And, well, I don't yet - but I will. Apparently. It was a whole thing, where Vallo did a time blip and sent kids from the future. Which is really odd to describe.

I'm sure it will be - glad to hear that things are coming along nicely there too, with sprucing it up.

They did, yes. Cooking for yourself is not the done thing back home. I can't imagine how strange it must have been to meet your future children though. But then, I've only recently come to terms with the idea of time travel in general.

No spruce I'm afraid, only yew and holly.

It was a little bit strange but Ymir is basically my favorite person now, so I know we raised someone really great. Or we will, when the time is right and he shows up in our lives. Traveling along the timeline wasn't anything new for me personally but I never thought I'd achieve parenthood so that was definitely a shock.

Ha, good one - I appreciate a low key pun that lands well.

I'm sure you would be an excellent parent. There must be a strange sort of comfort in knowing that you'll not only have a child, but that they'll turn out okay. You and Loki's child, I assume?

Thank you.

Pretty comforting. Like nice to know I don't screw up someone despite not really remembering my own parents and having that whole thing be so long ago, technically. But yeah, me and Loki's kid.

Oh, you're very welcome.
